Cabbage Soup Diet

The cabbage soup diet is one of the healthiest diets available. It is a short term diet that will help you lose as much as 10 pounds in a week. It involves eating the following soup at every meal and adding fruits, vegetables and protein gradually.

The cabbage soup diet recipe. Put the following in a large pot with 12 cups of water and cook for at least an hour. Cut up a handful of green onions, toss them in. Chop 2 green peppers and add them to the pot. Open 2 cans of dices tomatoes and one can of tomato juice or V8 and just pour them in. Put in 3 chopped carrots and 1 whole bunch of celery. Dice a half head of cabbage, this will give your soup it’s body. Pour in one package of powdered onion soup mix. Then all that’s left to do is season to taste and cook. This recipe is truly delicious, and can be enjoyed by the whole family (just don’t tell them whats in it!).
