Dieting to lose Weight in your chest is a good method, another is to build muscle. For some people the chest is a difficult area to lose weight in. The reason for this is that the chest doesn’t get as much activity as other parts of your body. Diets will work to accomplish this but to get better results you need to work at it. Things like walking and swimming help the legs and arms. Crunches and sit ups help the abs.

These are a few things you can do when dieting to lose weight in your chest. Try rowing exercises, they will work all of your upper body muscles. If you don’t have a boat it’s ok. There is plenty of rowing equipment available. If you have a gym membership they will have them for you to use. If not, you can get one for under $200. If you don’t want to spend money on a rowing machine, you can do push ups and pull ups. Both of these will help lose the weight and they don’t cost anything. Pull up bars can be found in parks.
